DalmatienHaus has various villas, apartments and holiday homes for every budget. We personally checked every single accommodation.
The apartments and holiday homes can be occupied from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure you must leave the holiday home by 10 a.m. at the latest.
The keys are handed over directly to the holiday home.
Bed linen is included in all accommodations and towels are also included in most cases. However, we also recommend taking your own towels with you.
You are welcome to meet your guests at the property for a coffee or grilling. The overnight stay of non-registered guests is not allowed.
When booking, please check whether a pet is allowed in the selected accommodation. When booking, the dog must be specified.
If there are any discrepancies during your stay in an accommodation, please report them directly to us. We are always available for you.
During the high season, the large supermarkets are open until 11 p.m. In the postseason and in winter, the small shops are open until 7 or 8 p.m. and the large supermarkets until 9 p.m. The distances to the purchase options can be found in the descriptions of the individual accommodations.
Yes, on the mainland, water has drinking water quality everywhere. There are few exceptions (remote houses, objects on islands, etc.) that are not connected to the local water supply. For further details, please refer to the respective property description.
Internet or WiFi is available in almost all accommodations. You can find more information on each object in the detailed description.
Croatia is a member of the EU and therefore an identity card or passport is sufficient for entry. Please do not forget your health insurance card or the certificate of international health insurance. For your car, please take the green insurance card with you.
A law has been announced in Croatia but is not yet active. Depending on the accommodation, we recommend that you inform yourself accordingly.
You don't need a travel adapter for Croatia. In the country, connectors of the Types C and F used. These sockets can also be found in Germany. As in Germany, the mains voltage is 230 volts.
The emergency number is 112, which you can reach anywhere free of charge in the event of an accident or emergency.
There are two hospitals and an accident outpatient clinic in Zadar. Medical care is free for insured EU citizens.
